Management von Hämoptysen

Hämoptysen sind immer potenziell vital bedrohlich und bedürfen daher einer raschen Diagnostik und Intervention. Während Blutungen im zentralen Bronchialsystem bronchoskopisch mittels thermischer Verfahren gestillt werden können, steht bei peripheren Lungenblutungen die Sicherung der Atemwege und der Ventilation im Vordergrund.
