Leiomyosarcoma Vulva

Leiomyosarkome der Vulva sind relativ selten, in der Literatur werden lediglich Fallbeispiele beschrieben. Wohl aufgrund geringer Fallzahlen gibt es unterschiedliche histologische Kriterien, die zu der Diagnose Leiomyosarkom führen. Zudem gibt es verschiedene Therapieansätze. Dadurch ist die prognostische Bedeutung der verschiedenen Entitäten mit konsekutivem Management unklar. Zu den Malignomen der Vulva gibt es in der Literatur Übersichtsarbeiten, die sich mit den verschiedenen Histopathologien auseinandersetzen. Eine Klassierung und Einteilung der verschiedenen histopathologischen Entitäten der Leiomyosarkome, die für die Klinik eine therapeutische Hilfe wären, gibt es nicht. Unser Fall zeigt, dass es bei der Vulva sehr wichtig ist, unklare Befunde, auch wenn sie noch so klein sind, histologisch zu untersuchen. Wir stellen einen weiteren Fall eines Leiomyosarkoms der Vulva vor und diskutieren die aktuelle Literatur dazu.
