Zusammenfassung
VidaGesund ist ein app-basiertes 365° Selbstmanagement für Menschen mit chronischen Krankheiten wie z. B. Diabetes, Hypertonie, Thrombose, Asthma und COPD. Im Mittelpunkt steht die komfortable Übernahme von Daten aus drahtlosen Messgeräten für Körperwerte und Aktivitäten, die lückenlose Dokumentation von Einflussgrößen, ein integriertes Medikamenten- und Vorsorgemanagement sowie die regelmäßige Information, Interaktion und Motivation der Nutzer. Durch die Verbesserung der Therapietreue und die zusätzliche Steigerung der körperlichen Aktivität als Therapieelement schaffen Nutzer eine dauerhafte Verbesserung von Blutzucker,- Blutdruck- und Blutfettwerten.

The role of innovation in successfully complementing diabetes therapy: Targeted self-management with apps
VidaGesund is an app-based 360° self-management for people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, thrombosis, asthma and COPD. The focus of the innovation is the convenient transfer of data from wireless devices on body health indicators and activities, the complete documentation of influencing factors, integrated drug and precautionary management as well as regular information on the interaction and motivation of the users. By improving the adherence and the additional increase of physical activity as important elements of therapy, VidaGesund enables users to create a lasting improvement of their blood sugar, blood pressure and blood fat levels.
