Renin-Angiotensin-Blockade bei KHK ohne Herzinsuffizienz?

Verschiedene Studien haben in der Vergangenheit darauf hingedeutet, dass eine Blockade des Renin-Angiotensin-Systems auch bei KHK-Patienten mit erhaltener linksventrikulärer Ejektionsfraktion Nutzen bringt. Dabei wurde ein von der Blutdrucksenkung unabhängiger, gefäßprotektiver Effekt postuliert. Eine aktuelle Meta-Analyse stellt dies nun in Frage.
