Zusammenfassung
WIRBELSÄULENPOSITION BEIM RADFAHREN Gerade Radsportler können aufgrund langer Trainingszeiten und extremer Körperpositionen von Rückenschmerzen geplagt sein. Doch sie können den Schmerzen „davonradeln“. Voraussetzung dafür sind eine genaue Analyse der Sitzposition und die Möglichkeit, das Rad zu einem rückenfreundlichen Trainingsgerät umzubauen.
