Summary
Vorgestellt wird die Behandlung einer Patientin mit multipel metastasiertem Leiomyosarkom des Uterus. Über Jahre hinweg wurden alle heute üblichen Therapieoptionen eingesetzt und mit komplementärmedizinischen Maßnahmen begleitet. Zuletzt wurde das maritime Zytostatikum Trabectedin angewendet, wobei mögliche Interaktionen mit Lebensmitteln und Naturheilmitteln zu beachten sind.
