Die konservative und operative Therapie bei kindlichen Spondylodiszitiden und der spezifischen Spondylitis

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel werden die Besonderheiten der konservativen und operativen Therapie bei der kindlichen Spondylodiszitis und der spezifischen, tuberkulösen Spondylitis besprochen. Beides sind seltene Erkrankungen, bei beiden gibt es sinnvolle konservative Therapieansätze und bei beiden stellen Deformitäten im weiteren Verlauf häufige und ernsthafte Komplikationen dar.

Abstract

We describe special aspects of conservative and surgical treatment of pediatric spondylitis as well as Pottʼs disease. Both are rare entities, there are conservative aspects for both and in both conservative treatment playes an important role. As a late sequelance, severe deformities may occur calling for surgical correction.
