Der Notarzt muss für eine effektive und erfolgreiche Einsatzabwicklung die lokalen
Gegebenheiten, die Fähigkeiten der Feuerwehren und die Standardrettungstechniken kennen.
Der vorliegende Artikel geht auf die Rettung mit Hubrettungsmitteln und einfaches
Retten aus Höhen und Tiefen mit der Schleifkorbtrage ein.
Abstract
Usually, the prehospital emergency physician faces typical scenarios (e.g. motor vehicle
accidents, trapped person) in which help of the fire services is needed. Besides that,
every now and then patients need to be rescued from heights and depths. Frequent situations
are medical emergencies in upper floors, when patients cannot be evacuated through
the staircase, falls in pits or silos and so on. For a successful and effective management
the emergency physician has to know local circumstances, fire servicesʼ skills and
standard rescue techniques. The present article addresses the aerial apparatus rescue
and rescue techniques from heights and depths with a basket style stretcher.
