Zielgerichtetes Temperaturmanagement („Targeted Temperature Management“, TTM) ist eine Standardmaßnahme im Rahmen der Postreanimationsversorgung. Was bringt sie eigentlich dem reanimierten Patienten, und wer soll wann wie kühlen? Eine Übersicht über den aktuellen Forschungsstand.
