Introduction
Various pigmented foreign bodies can mimic a conjunctival melanoma. Case reports have documented both anorganic and organic substances as well as iatrogenic examples.
To our knowledge, we present the first case of vegetal foreign bodies evoking possible metastases from a treated choroidal melanoma in the fellow eye.
