ESGE Days 2018 abstract submissions

With a new congress it is always difficult to gauge how things will go and the extent of the response rate. The scientific committee was extremely happy to learn that over 750 abstract and endoscopic video submissions were received from authors in more than 55 countries! The committee would like to extend its thanks to all the authors who submitted their work. The next challenge was reviewing the submissions, which was no small undertaking. The scientific committee worked extremely hard, within a very short timeframe, to evaluate each and every submitted abstract and video. We are pleased to inform you that all accepted abstracts will appear in Endoscopy.

Late breaking abstract submission

Late breaking abstracts offer investigators the opportunity to submit their most up to date, cutting edge research to ESGE Days 2018.

The opportunity to submit late breaking abstracts opens on February 15, 2018 and closes on February 20, 2018. Authors will be notified by the end of February whether or not their “late breaking” submission was accepted.

As with all authors of accepted abstracts, reduced registration rates will be offered to the authors of accepted late breaking abstracts. Authors of the very best late breaking abstracts will also be invited to submit original articles to Endoscopy, with priority review and processing.
