Mobilisation bei Gelenkkontrakturen
Zusammenfassung
Haben Sie auch in der Schule und der Weiterbildung Manuelle Therapie gelernt, dass passives Mobilisieren das Bewegungsausmaß bei Gelenkkontrakturen vergrößert? Leider ist das nicht so. Die verkürzte Gelenkkapsel wird nur länger, wenn sie täglich lange (Stunden!) am Bewegungsende gehalten wird. Ein genauer Blick auf vorhandene Evidenz lohnt sich. Eines vorab: Lagern ergänzt passives Mobilisieren entscheidend.
