‘Turn-Over’ Flap for Pressure Sores[*]

Summary

This paper describes the use of deepithelialized ‘Turn-over’ flaps to cover pressure sores in paraplegic patients. Four patients have been treated successfully using this technique. The possible advantages of this flap are mentioned.
