This paper is a survey of the best conditions for alkylation at either site of ambident anions. Emphasis is on the choice of experimental conditions; however, the influence of the leaving group and of the alkylating agent on the site of alkylation is also briefly discussed. In der folgenden Übersicht werden die günstigsten Bedingungen für die selektive Alkylierung ambidenter Anionen besprochen. Hierbei steht die Wahl der experimentellen Bedingungen im Vordergrund; darüber hinaus wird such der Einfluß des Alkylierungsmittels and der austretenden Gruppe auf den Alkylierungsort kurz diskutiert.
