A Simple Method for the Preparation of Tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphine Tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphine is prepared in good yield by the reaction of piperidinodichlorophosphine with lithium and chlorotrimethylsilane in boiling tetrahydrofuran.
