5-Substituted and 3,5-disubstituted 2-aminopyrazines were synthesized in 35-99 % yields by Pd mediated Stille coupling of 3-bromo and 3,5-dibromo derivatives of 2-aminopyrazine with stannyl compounds in DMF.
