A highly efficient sequence for the synthesis of complex, chiral and highly functionalized molecules on solid phase is reported. Solid phase bound cyclohexadiene-diols were derivatized through epoxidation, nucleophilic ring opening, Pd(0) cross-couplings and Diels-Alder reactions.
