Sonographieunterstützte Diagnostik perinataler Epiphysenlösungen

Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über die sonographieunterstützte Diagnostik von Epiphysenlösungen bei Neugeborenen mit Geburtstraumen. Die Sonographie ist eine hilfreiche Untersuchungsmethode bei Säuglingen mit skelettalen Verletzungen, die sich röntgenologisch nicht differenzierend abbilden lassen. Die Frühdiagnostik führt zu frühem Behandlungsbeginn (Reposition und Ruhigstellung mit externer, erforderlichenfalls interner Fixierung).

Abstract

We describe sonography-assisted diagnosis of epiphyseolysis in newborns with birth injuries. Sonography is useful in infants with skeletal injuries not clearly apparent at radiography. Early diagnosis can lead to early treatment (reduction and internal or external immobilization).
