Koniotomie nach schwerem Inhalationstrauma

Zusammenfassung

Anhand einer Kasuistik wird gezeigt, welches Vorgehen von uns bei einer zu erwartenden schwierigen Intubation im Rettungsdienst bevorzugt wird. Dabei wird der Ablauf einer Koniotomie in anatomischer Präpariertechnik dargestellt. Die Alternativverfahren im Rahmen des Atemwegsmanagements bei schwierigen Intubationen werden diskutiert.

Basing on a case report we demonstrate our algorithm for difficult airway management in emergency patients. We show how we prefer to do a surgical cricothyrotomy. The alternatives of tracheal intubation in case of a failed intubation are discussed.
