Aminosuccinyl peptides were obtained by acylation of α-amino esters with tert-butyloxycarbonyl-l- and d-aspartic acids in the presence of N-ethyl-N′-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxybenzotriazole.
