Zusammenfassung

Wir beschreiben 2 Patientinnen mit einer Narbenendometriose unterschiedlicher Symptomatik nach Sectio caesarea. Anhand der Kasuistiken sowie der Literatur werden die differenzialdiagnostischen Probleme, Therapie und Komplikationen diskutiert.

Summary

We describe two patients with symptomatic scar endometriosis following cesarean section. We discuss the differential diagnosis, treatment and complications and review the literature.
