Gestieltes Adenom der Leber

Zusammenfassung.

Leberadenome sind seltene gutartige Tumoren der Leber. Sie treten häufiger bei Frauen im reproduktiven Alter auf und werden direkt mit der Einnahme von Antikonzeptiva in Verbindung gebracht. Die jährliche Inzidenz bei Frauen beträgt ca. 3 - 4 Fälle pro 100 000. Es wird ein seltener Fall eines großen, gestielten, total exophytisch wachsenden solitären Adenoms der Leber (13,5 × 15 cm) bei einer 26 Jahre alten Frau beschrieben. Die Resektion erfolgte durch Durchtrennung des Stiels aus normalen Leberparenchym. Die Patientin ist 3 Jahre nach der Operation rezidiv und beschwerdefrei.

Pedunculated adenoma of the liver.

Adenoma of the liver are rare, but benign tumors. Their occurrence is more frequent in women in reproductive age and are linked to the ingestion of oral anticonceptiva. The incidence per year ranges between 3 - 4 cases in 100 000. We present a rare case of pedunculated, total exophytic growing sole adenoma of the liver (13.5 × 15 cm) in a 26 y. o. woman. The resection of the adenoma was performed by cut through the peduncle of normal liver parenchyma. The patient is in excellent condition without tumor recurrence 3 years after the operation.
