Granularzelltumor - eine seltene tumoröse Ösophagusläsion

Für den Granularzelltumor existieren zahlreiche Synonyme: Granularzell-Myoblastom, Abrikossoffscher-Tumor, Myoblasten-Myom, embryonales Rhabdomyoblastom, Granularzell-Neurofibrom, Granularzell-Schwannom, perimorphes Sarkom. Es handelt sich um einen seltenen Befund und in der Regel um einen gutartigen Tumor. Der Erstbeschreiber Abrikossoff [1] ordnete 1926 diesen Tumor als von der quergestreiften Muskulatur abstammend ein. Heute gilt als weitgehend gesichert, dass der Tumor neurogenen Ursprungs ist und von den Schwannschen Zellen ausgeht [11] [14] [18] [31] [32] .

Der Granularzelltumor kann an verschiedenen Körperstellen und auch multipel auftreten. Prädilektionsstellen sind die Zunge, die Epidermis, das Bronchialsystem und der Gastrointestinaltrakt [Tab. 1] . Das Auftreten im Ösophagus ist sehr selten, es wurden bisher nur 187 Fälle beschrieben. Mit der Verbreitung der Ösophago-Gastro-Duodenoskopie (ÖGD) wurden diese Tumore häufiger entdeckt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden vier eigene Fälle eines Granularzelltumors im Ösophagus hinzugefügt [Tab. 2]. Der aktuelle Stand der Diagnostik und Therapie wird diskutiert.
