ABSTRACT

Methods for treating and maintaining hemodialysis catheters are described, including the methods of ``fibrin stripping, infusion fibrinolysis, catheter repositioning, and catheter replacement. A strategy for handling these problems and developing strategies to prevent them is also discussed.
