ABSTRACT
This article outlines the treatment of central venous occlusion and thrombosis. It analyzes the main causes of these entities: fibroplasias, trauma, tumor, and mediastinal fibrosis. The article outlines the salient features of the management of these problems with thrombolytics, stents, and angioplasty.
