Konsens

Der Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf die Entstehung der Colitis ulcerosa scheint gering zu sein, es wird aber ein mäßiger Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf den Verlauf der Colitis ulcerosa angenommen. Es scheinen keine spezifischen Persönlichkeitsstrukturen bei Patienten mit Colitis ulcerosa vorzuliegen, auffällige Persönlichkeitsmerkmale können eher als sekundäre, krankheitsbedingte Veränderungen interpretiert werden (B).

Erläuterung

In der Literatur gibt es nur wenige Hinweise (mit hypothetischer Interpretation) zum Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf die Entstehung der Colitis ulcerosa [1 3]. Obwohl keine eindeutige Evidenz für spezifische Persönlichkeitsstrukturen bei Patienten mit Colitis ulcerosa in der Literatur zu finden ist, konnte dazu keine mehrheitliche Meinung unter den Konsensuskonferenzteilnehmern erzielt werden.
