Treatment of gastrointestinal fistula usually consists of conservative management and surgery as definite therapeutic measure. Histoacryl® can be used to treat gastrointestinal fistula with no response to conservative management in surgically high-risk patients. We report here three cases of gastrointestinal fistula successfully treated with endoscopic injection of Histoacryl® through a catheter into the internal opening and fistulous tract.
