Pachyonychia congenita Typ Jackson-Lawler

Jackson-Lawler Pachyonychia congenita - A Second Report
We report on a currently 15-year-old male patient with pachyonychia congenita of the Jackson-Lawler type. There is an earlier report on this patient at the age of 7 and 21 months [11]. In addition to the nail abnormalities and follicular keratosis described in 1988 the patient now presents with plantar keratosis and plantar blistering, the latter especially in summer time. A palmoplantar hyperhidrosis or multiple epidermal cysts on the other hand have not yet become manifest.
