Operationalisierte Erhebung der „Zwanghaftigkeit”

Zusammenfassung

Das klinisch gut umschreibbare Persönlichkeitsstrukturelement der „Zwanghaftigkeit” ist bisher methodisch nur unbefriedigend einer operationalisierten validen und reliablen Erfassung zugänglich. Demzufolge haben wir einen ersten Versuch unternommen, Fremdrating-Skalen zu konstruieren, die sich aus den ICD-10- und DSM-IV-Kriterien der „anankastischen bzw. zwanghaften Persönlichkeitsstörung” zusammensetzen. Diesen haben wir eine vierstufige Ausprägungsskalierung unterlegt, so dass eine dimensionale Erfassung gegenüber der ICD und DSM typischen kategorialen Zuordnung ermöglicht wird. Fußend auf den audiovisuellen Aufzeichnungen eines semistrukturierten Interviews bei 20 stationär behandelten Patienten unterschiedlicher nosologischer Zuordnung und variierender Zwanghaftigkeit teilen wir erste, vorläufige Ergebnisse zur Reliabilitäts- und Validitätseinschätzung unserer Skalen mit.

It is no problem to describe anancasm precisely. But it seems to be difficult to find distinct criteria for its correct methodological operationalisation and its reliable and valid assessment. For this reason we made a new attempt to construct a rating scale, using the ICD 10 and DSM IV criteria of the obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. For assessing the degree of anancasm we gave every ICD 10 and DSM IV item a dimensional structure with a range of values. Semistructured interviews of 20 patients with different diagnoses were recorded on video tapes. We report our first results concerning the reliability and validity of our anancastic rating scales.
