Alkohol ist die mit 70 - 85 % quantitativ wichtigste Ursache der chronischen Pankreatitis in der westlichen Zivilisation. Die restlichen Fälle werden auf unterschiedliche endogene oder exogene Störungen zurückgeführt [2] [3] [4] [10] [30] [35] [40] [44] . Diese Arbeit gibt einen Überblick über die nichtalkoholischen, klinisch relevanten Ursachen und Formen der chronischen Pankreatitis.
