Zusammenfassung
Die Koloskopievorbereitung trägt entscheidend zum Ergebnis der
Untersuchung bei. 3 kommerziell erhältliche Vorbereitungslösungen zur
Koloskopie (Original-Golytely-Salzmischung, Oralav® und Delcoprep®)
wurden bei ambulant durchgeführten Koloskopien im Rahmen einer
prospektiven, randomisierten und einfachblinden Studie verglichen. Dabei wurden
330 Patienten in 3 Gruppen randomisiert und mit einer der genannten
Lösungen vorbereitet. Die Vorbereitung wurde am Morgen des
Untersuchungstages durchgeführt, wobei die Patienten 3 l der
entsprechenden Vorbereitungslösung möglichst innerhalb von 2 h
tranken. Die Koloskopie wurde frühestens 3 h, spätestens
5 h nach Vorbereitungsende durchgeführt. Beurteilungskriterien
waren subjektive Verträglichkeit der Vorbereitung, Sauberkeit des Darmes
und Schaumbildung im Darm. In allen 3 Gruppen konnten ausreichende bis sehr
gute Ergebnisse erzielt werden. Es zeigten sich keine wesentlichen statistisch
signifikanten Unterschiede in der Verträglichkeit der Reinigungsverfahren
und im Ergebnis der Darmreinigung.
Wir folgern daraus, dass das angewendete Vorgehen eine völlig
ausreichende Vorbereitung zur Koloskopie bietet und dass größere
Flüssigkeitszufuhr (mehr als 3 l) oder Vorbereitung am Vortag in Form von
Einläufen oder unter Verwendung von Laxanzien nach unserer bisherigen
Erfahrung nicht erforderlich ist. Das vorgeschlagene Vorgehen verwenden wir
auch bei Kindern.
Preparation for colonoscopy: A comparison between 3 commercially
available Golytely solutions
The preparation for colonoscopy is essential for the results of the
examination. The effectiveness of 3 commercially available Golytely solutions
for colonoscopy (Original-Golytely-salt, Oralav® and Delcoprep®) were
compared in a randomized prospective study. 310 outpatients were randomized
into 3 groups. One of the above-mentioned solutions were used in these
patients. Before the examination the patients were asked to drink 3 l of
the given solution within 2 h. The colonoscopy was realized within
3-5 h after the end of preparation. Outcome criteria were the
subjective acceptability of the solution for the patient, cleanness of the
bowel and the formation of foam. In all 3 groups sufficient up to very good
results could be achieved. There were no significant differences in the 3
groups.
We conclude that the used procedure is absolutely sufficient to
prepare for colonoscopy and that administration of liquids of more than
3 l or the use of enema or laxans on the previous day, are unnecessary.
The suggested procedure can be used for children, too.
