Mixed Branched-Linear Type One-Pot Glycosylation: Synthesis of Hepta β-D-glucoside
Further Information
Publication History
Publication Date:
29 October 2001 (online)
A mixed branched-linear type one-pot glycosylation (OPG), which formed three glycosidic linkages in a single reaction vessel, has been developed. Synthesis of protected hepta β-D-glucoside has been achieved in three steps from monosaccharide building blocks by the OPG.
oligosaccharide synthesis - one-pot glycosylation (OPG) - mixed branched-linear type OPG - orthogonal anomeric leaving groups - hepta β-D-glucoside
