Zusammenfassung
Einleitung: Das nephrogene Adenom ist ein seltener gutartiger Tumor, der bis jetzt in nur 23 Fällen in einem Urethral-Divertikel und in 19 Fällen im Harnleiter beschrieben wurde.
Kasuistik: Wir berichten über 2 Fälle eines nephrogenen Adenoms. Im ersten Fall obstruierte der Tumor bei einer 26-jährigen Patientin den distalen linken Harnleiter, im zweiten Fall war er bei einer 29-Jährigen in einem Urethral-Divertikel nachweisbar.
Schlussfolgerung: Das nephrogene Adenom ist ein seltener Tumor, der überall im Harntrakt auftreten kann. Die Diagnose kann nur histologisch gestellt werden. Eine maligne Transformation wird diskutiert.
Abstract
Introduction: Nephrogenic adenoma is an uncommon benign tumor. In the literature, 23 were reported to be located within a urethral diverticulum and 19 within the ureter.
Case Report: We present two cases of nephrogenic adenoma found in the left ureter of a 26 year old woman and in a urethral diverticulum of a 29 year old woman.
Conclusions: The uncommon nephrogenic adenoma can occur anywhere in the urinary tract. The diagnosis can only be verified histologically. A malignant transformation is currently under discussion.
