Sportler mit dermatologischen Krankeitsbildern

In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gab es 1998 insgesamt 26  876  868 eingetragene Mitgliedschaften in Sportvereinen (Bestandserhebung des deutschen Sportbundes), etwa 38 % der erwachsenen Bevölkerung betreiben in ihrer Freizeit zumindest gelegentlich Sport [11], und in Schulen ist Sportunterricht fester Bestandteil des Lehrplans. Da der Sport eine wesentliche Bedeutung in unserer Gesellschaft erlangt hat, kommt es insbesondere in den letzten Jahren zu einem gehäuften Auftreten von zahlreichen mit verschiedenen Sportarten assoziierten dermatologischen Erkrankungen. Es ist somit für die Klärung der Ätiologie, Therapie und Prävention von Dermatosen für den behandelnden Arzt zunehmend wichtig geworden, die Bedeutung des Sports bei der Entstehung dermatologischer Krankheitsbilder zu kennen. Diese Arbeit soll eine Übersicht über direkt oder indirekt durch Sport bedingte dermatologische Krankheitsbilder geben.
