Die Diagnostik von Verletzungen der Handwurzel gewinnt an Bedeutung, weil sowohl die Zahl als auch die Schwere der Handgelenks- und Handwurzelverletzungen zunimmt. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher, dem klinisch tätigen Radiologen die wichtigsten Verletzungsmuster und Erkrankungen im Bereich der Handwurzel klinisch orientiert darzustellen, Fehlerquellen aufzuzeigen sowie Empfehlungen für einen optimierten Untersuchungsablauf an die Hand zu geben, um eine schnelle und umfassende Diagnostik zu ermöglichen.
