Zusammenfassung:
Anhand einer nach Qualitätssicherungskriterien und formalen Gesichtspunkten erstellten
Checkliste, der Studienauswertungen aller Jahrgänge sowie durch Analyse der Vergleichsliteratur
wurde die in den Jahren 1993-1998 durchgeführte multizentrische Qualitätssicherungsstudie
zur lumbalen Nervenwurzelkompression evaluiert. Die Evaluationsstudie beurteilt jedes
Fragebogenitem einzeln. Es zeigt sich, dass eine ergebnisorientierte Qualitätssicherung
bei diesem Krankheitsbild ohne Nachuntersuchung nicht ausreichend ist.
Summary
In order to evaluate the quality assurance study for patients suffering from lumbar
nerv root compression a checklist has been developed according to quality assurance
criteria and formal aspects. Together with the study data of the years 1993-1998 and
a critical literature review each item of the quality assurance form has been evaluated.
It is obvious that outcome oriented quality assurance of this entity is insufficient
without assessment of the late outcome.
