Chronisch-obstruktive Lungenerkrankung - Therapie

Die Therapie der COPD gliedert sich:

in die Reduktion von Risikofaktoren und in pharmakologische und ergänzende nicht-pharmakologische Therapiemaßnahmen. Dabei müssen klinisch die stabile und die akut exazerbierte Erkrankungsphase voneinander unterschieden werden, da sowohl die Indikation als auch die Effizienz der zur Verfügung stehenden Therapiemaßnahmen bei diesen beiden Erkrankungsformen unterschiedlich sind.
