Zusammenfassung
Bei dem Aneurysma spurium der A. poplitea handelt es sich um eine seltene Komplikation der Bypasschirurgie nach Implantation einer Prothese. In unserem Krankengut betrug diese Komplikationsrate 0,7 %.
Wir berichten über 6 Patienten, bei denen das Aneurysma spurium erfolgreich chirurgisch behandelt wurde.
Das falsche Aneurysma entwickelte sich in einem Zeitraum zwischen 2 Wochen und 44 Monaten postoperativ.
Das klinische Bild, die Einzelheiten der Diagnostik und des operativen Vorgehens werden dargelegt.
Das Aneurysma spurium ist in den meisten Fällen symptomatisch und muss ohne Verzögerung operativ angegangen werden.
Summary
The false aneurysm of the popliteal artery is a rare complication in bypass surgery after the implantation of an alloplastic prosthesis. We saw this complication in 0.7 % of our patients. We report on 6 cases successfully treated by surgery.
The false aneurysm developed within 2 weeks up to 44 months following the operation.
We describe the symptoms, the details of diagnosis and of surgical treatment.
In most cases the false aneurysm is symptomatic and should be operated immediately.
