Sonographische Thrombosediagnostik

Die rechtzeitige und zuverlässige Diagnosestellung einer (tiefen) Venenthrombose ist wegen der möglichen schweren Komplikationen bei nicht adäquater oder zu spät eingeleiteter Therapie von essentieller Bedeutung. Die Methode der Wahl ist heute die Ultraschalluntersuchung, entweder als B-Bild/Kompressionssonographie oder als Farbduplexsonographie. Für die Untersuchung der nicht komprimierbaren Beckenvenen und der Vena cava inferior ist die farbduplexsonographische Methode mit moderner Schallkopf- und Gerätetechnologie erforderlich. In der folgenden Übersicht werden die für die Ultraschalluntersuchung wesentlichen anatomischen, physiologischen und pathophysiologischen Aspekte dargestellt und die Untersuchungstechniken für die verschiedenen anatomischen Regionen beschrieben.
