Zusammenfassung
Vor dem Hintergrund der neueren Erkenntnisse zum Ausmaß des strahleninduzierten Tumorrisikos war eine Anpassung der Strahlenschutzverordnung unausweichlich geworden. Im Zuge dieser Anpassung hat es eine Reihe weiterer Veränderungen gegeben, die zum Teil strahlenbiologisch sinnvoll, zum Teil jedoch mehr psychologisch/politisch begründet sind.
Summary
Due to new results obtained for radiation induced tumour risk, an adjustment of the current radiation protection law was required. In the course of this adjustment, a number of additional modifications were introduced, some of these reasonable in the context of radiation biology, some of these understandable in a psychological/political context only.
