Dieser Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über den Stellenwert der verschiedenen radiologischen Modalitäten in der Abklärung von Sprunggelenks- und Fußbeschwerden. Die wichtigsten pathologischen Veränderungen an Sprunggelenk und Fuß werden diskutiert und die typischen radiologischen Befunde vorgestellt. Insbesondere wird dabei die Bedeutung der MRT in der Sprunggelenks- und Fußdiagnostik besprochen, weil in der MRT in den letzten Jahren der größte Kenntniszuwachs zu verzeichnen war.
