Fallbeschreibung
Bei einem 72-jährigen Patienten trat ein Hypertonus neu auf. Anhand der sich ergebenden Laborbefunde und der Auswertung der radiologischen Diagnostik wird die Befundkonstellation einer Hypertonie, Eosinophilie und Niereninsuffizienz differenzialdiagnostisch dargestellt.
