Zusammenfassung
Reiner Sauerstoff wird seit fünfzig Jahren zu therapeutischen Zwecken eingesetzt:
in hyperbarer Form kommt er zum Einsatz bei Erkrankungen, die die normale Oxygenierung
von Blut und Geweben verändern. Inhalativ wird Sauerstoff angewandt bei chronischen
Erkrankungen des Herz-Kreislaufsystems, bei Durchblutungsstörungen, bei persistierenden
und negativ empfundenen Stresssituationen, bei allergisch bedingten Erkrankungen und
während der Rekonvaleszenz.
Charakteristisch für die Sauerstoff-Mehrschritt-Therapie ist die Trias aus Bewegung,
Inhalation und Supplementation von antioxidativ und durchblutungsfördernd wirkenden
Mineralstoffen und Vitaminen. Während antioxidative Schutzstoffe bei der inhalativen
Sauerstoff-Therapie unterstützend wirken, stellen sie bei anderen Ansätzen den Therapieerfolg
infrage. Aus diesem Grund darf vor und während einer Ozontherapie, einer hämatogenen
Oxidation oder einer Oxyvenierung nicht mit Antioxidantien supplementiert werden.
In diesem Beitrag werden Behandlungsmethoden aus der Erfahrungsmedizin mit Erkenntnissen
aus der orthomolekularen Medizin verknüpft und mit praktischen Tipps ergänzt, die
den Umgang mit therapeutischem Sauerstoff erleichtern.
Summary
Molecular oxygen is therapeutically used since the 1950s. Oxygen in hyperbaric status
is applicated with illnesses which change the normal oxygenation of the blood and
the tissue. Inhalative oxygen is applicated not only with patients who suffer from
chronic diseases of the heart and the circulation system, but also with circulatory
disturbances, with persisting stress situations, with allergic diseases and during
the convalescence.
The characteristic items of the oxygen-step-therapy are movements, inhalation and
supplementation of vitamins and minerals which works antioxidative and supports the
circulation. While antioxidants support the effect of the inhalative oxygen therapy,
they act contrasting with other oxygen therapies. Therefore these substances shouldn't
be used with ozone therapies, haematogene oxidation or oxyvenation.
The following article describes therapies from the alternative medicine as well as
knowledge from the orthomolecular medicine combined with practical tips in order to
facilitate the therapy with oxygen.
