Zusammenfassung
Pankreasmetastasen solider Tumoren sind extrem selten. Die meisten Beschreibungen, unter anderem auch aus der deutschsprachigen Literatur, existieren für Metastasen von Nierenzellkarzinomen, wobei ein Auftreten als Spätmetastasen viele Jahre nach Diagnose und Therapie des Primärtumors charakteristisch ist. Die Prognose solitärer Metastasen eines Nierenzellkarzinoms in der Bauchspeicheldrüse scheint besser zu sein, als die primärer Pankreasmalignome. Insofern ist ein aggressiver Therapieansatz im Sinne radikaler chirurgischer Maßnahmen durchaus gerechtfertigt. Nichtsdestotrotz muss das Auftreten solcher Tochtergeschwülste als Zeichen einer disseminierten Tumorerkrankung gewertet werden. Wir beschreiben aus dem eigenen Patientengut 4 Fälle von solitären Pankreasspätmetastasen primärer Nierenzellkarzinome.
Abstract
Pancreatic metastasis of solid tumors are extremely rare. In the literature we mostly find metastasis of renal cell carcinoma, characteristically as late manifestations years after diagnosis and therapy of the primary tumor. Prognosis seems to be better than that of primary pancreatic malignancies. Aggressive therapy in the sense of radical surgery provides best outcome. Nevertheless pancreatic spread mostly represents disseminated disease. We present and discuss 4 cases of pancreatic metastasis years after primary renal cell carcinoma.
