Stromatumor des Jejunums (GIST) - Differenzialdiagnose der gastrointestinalen Blutung

Zusammenfassung

Anhand der Fallbeschreibung eines gastrointestinalen Stromatumors (GIST) des Jejunums wird die Problematik der unteren gastrointestinalen Blutung dargestellt. Diskutiert wird insbesondere die Diagnostik zur Blutungslokalisation sowie das chirurgische Vorgehen bei Verdacht auf einen blutenden GIST. Nicht zuletzt wird anhand gängiger histopathologischer Parameter die Schwierigkeit der Einschätzung der Dignität und damit der Prognose des Tumors aufgezeigt.

Abstract

Describing a case report of a gastrointestinal stromal tumor we point out the problems of the upper gastrointestinal bleedings. We discuss the possible therapeutic management to locate a bleeding and about the extent of resection of a GIST. Afterwards we describe the common histologic differentation to assess the difficult diagnosis and prognosis.
