Aussage
Der Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf die Entstehung der Colitis ulcerosa scheint gering zu sein, es wird aber ein mäßiger Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf den Verlauf der Colitis ulcerosa angenommen. Auffällige Persönlichkeitsmerkmale können eher als sekundäre, krankheitsbedingte Veränderungen interpretiert werden (A).
Erläuterung
In der Literatur gibt es nur wenige Hinweise (mit hypothetischer Interpretation) zum Einfluss psychosozialer Faktoren auf die Entstehung der Colitis ulcerosa [1] [2] [3] [4].
