Reaktive perforierende Kollagenose bei einem 49-jährigen Diabetiker

Zusammenfassung

Ein 49-jähriger Patient stellte sich mit seit 3 Monaten bestehenden juckenden Hautveränderungen in der dermatologischen Poliklinik vor. Primär entstanden erythematöse Papeln, die sich im Verlauf in krustös bedeckte Läsionen umwandelten. Das klinische Bild ließ im Zusammenhang mit einem beim Patienten bekannten Diabetes mellitus sowie Störungen der Leber- und Nierenfunktion an eine reaktive perforierende Kollagenose denken. Die Diagnosesicherung erfolgte histologisch, die Therapie wurde mit topischen Steroiden und Vitamin-A-Säure-Derivaten eingeleitet.

Abstract

A 49-year-old diabetic man presented at the dermatology outpatient clinic because of pruritic skin lesions experienced for three months. The initially erythematous papules had gradually changed into crusted lesions. In view of the patient’s known diabetic condition and impaired liver and kidney function, the clinical picture suggested reactive perforating collagenosis. The diagnosis was established histologically, therapy was initiated with topical steroids and acid derivatives of vitamin A.
