Verschluss der kleinen Labien bei Sjögren-Syndrom mit konsekutiver Harnsperre

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 70-jährige Patientin mit akuter Harnsperre bei primärem Sjögren-Syndrom. Bei der klinischen Untersuchung zeigte sich ein Totalverschluss der kleinen Labien. Die chirurgische Lösung der Labia minor wurde durchgeführt und dadurch die Symptomatik beseitigt.

Abstract

A case of a 70 year old woman with acute urinary retention and primary Sjögren-Syndrome is presented. On clinical examination a total closure of labia minor was diagnosed. Surgical detachment of labia minor was performed and full recovery was achieved.
