Das abdominale Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom des Kindes

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über ein Kind, das mit der Diagnose einer akuten Appendizitis eingewiesen wurde. Mit Verdacht auf einen Unterbauchabszess bei Appendizitis wurde laparotomiert. Der intraoperative Überraschungsbefund ergab ein großes intestinales und retroperitoneales Lymphom mit Obstruktion der Darmpassage. Histologische Untersuchungen wiesen ein hochmalignes Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom der B-Zell-Reihe nach. Es werden diagnostische Maßnahmen, operative Taktik, Staging und therapeutische Aussichten des abdominalen Non-Hodgkin-Lympoms beim Kind beschrieben.

Abstract

This paper reports on a child hospitalized for suspected appendicitis. Laparotomy was performed on the basis of suspected lower right quadrant intraabdominal abscess formation secondary to acute appendicitis. Intraoperative findings revealed extensive intestinal and retroperitoneal lymphoma with bowel obstruction. Histologic examination revealed non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma of high grade malignancy. Diagnostic measures, operative techniques and staging guidelines are discussed as well as prognostic aspects of therapy in non-Hodgkin lymphoma of children.
