Zusammenfassung
Anhand klinischer und histopathologischer Befunde konnte bei einem jetzt 8-jährigen
Jungen das seltene Krankheitsbild der Porokeratosis linearis unilateralis diagnostiziert
werden. Die Dermatose hatte sich in Form weniger Herde ausschließlich an der rechten
Hand manifestiert und war unter der Diagnose vulgärer Warzen jahrelang frustran behandelt
worden. Die Beobachtung wird zum Anlass genommen, die Klinik und die Differenzialdiagnosen
der Porokeratosis linearis unilateralis zu besprechen.
Abstract
From clinical and histopathological findings an unilateral linear porokeratosis was
diagnosed in an eight years old boy. Manifestation occurred in form of few lesions
on the patient’s right hand. For several years the patient had been treated with preparations
for warts. However, this revealed no therapeutic effect. This observation is used
as an opportunity to discuss the clinical symptoms and differential diagnosis of this
rarely seen skin disease.
